Connie Chan

Connie Chan joined a16z in 2011 on the investment team and became a general partner in 2018, after earlier roles in private equity at Elevation Partners and leading webOS efforts in China for HP.

She is widely known for her expertise in Chinese consumer technology and has spearheaded a16z’s Asia network connecting Silicon Valley and Asian startup ecosystems. She serves on the boards of Cider, Whatnot and KoBold.
