Kathryn Cartini co-founded Chloe Capital to back women-led and diversity-focused startups across climate, education, workforce and health, writing $100,000–$250,000 seed cheques from a base outside the Bay Area and New York venture corridors.
Combined with its accelerator programs, the firm reports mobilizing more than $1 billion into women-founded enterprises and creating over 900 jobs across its portfolio.
