Arian Simone

Co-Founder & CEO, Fearless Fund

Co-founded a fund for Black women founders, then fought a discrimination lawsuit to keep it running.

Arian Simone co-founded Fearless Fund in 2019 alongside Ayana Parsons and Keisha Knight Pulliam, after struggling to find investors who looked like her while raising capital for her own retail business.

The fund has provided venture financing, grants and financial education to more than 40 Black-women-led companies. In 2023 it became the target of a high-profile discrimination lawsuit from an anti-affirmative-action group; Simone has publicly continued the fund’s work through the litigation.

Notable

Fearless Fund has raised $25M+ for Black-women-led companies.
