Antonia Rojas Eing joined Mexico-based ALLVP as a partner in 2020 at age 29, becoming the youngest woman VC partner in Latin America at the time, after early-stage investing at Chilean fund Manutara.

She went on to co-found Attom Capital with Iñigo Martínez — the first fund in Latin America dedicated to direct secondaries, providing liquidity to investors and employees at VC-backed LatAm startups.
